Backlit Clear CUV 175
Backlit Clear CUV 175 is top-quality polyester (PET) film. It is optical-clear, transparent semi-matt plastic. The thickness of 175 micrometers guarantees the proper stiffness. This property, in particular, increases the range of applications. Ikonos CUV is also printable with UV inks. The coating promise top-quality of final imges.
Thanks to CUV’s physical properties it is the perfect base for ANTIVIRUS protection products! The counter barriers and personal shields made from it, are durable and stiff. In addition, the film is optical clear, so it doesn’t affect the person’s vision.
The high bearing capacity of the material makes it perfectly suitable for many jobs. Back-light advertising is just the one of them. Melting temperature – 250 – 260 oC
Ignition (flamable gases do not appear to…) – (DIN 40634 lub VDE 0345) – to 400 oC
Fogging – (ASTM-D 1003-61 metoda A) – 1.1%
Yellowness index – (ASTM-D 1925-63T) – 2.8
