How it’s made – the production line of coated decoration self-adhesive foil
The blueprint image shows the design and dimensions of our production line. All of our coated products must go through it. The line works under special regime in order to produce the high-quality products. This includes special clothing (see the gallery here) and procedures. As a result we practically eliminated the contamination risk. Dust and fibers the common problem in products made without those rules. This is not an issue with Ikonos coated decoration self-adhesive foil.

Most of the materials we work with are plastics. They electrify on the tensioning rolls. This is the first reason why the special protection clothing is necessary. All the wear is made from antistatic materials. The hoods cover the heads of the crew. The clothing is accordant to the demand of every stand.
