We are glad to confirm to you that the production of our products is guaranteed and our warehouse is fully stocked as we do not expect any changes to this in the short term.
Our company has been divided into 3 zones: Production, Warehouse and Offices that do not contact each other.
Part of our Ikonos team will stay at home and, in the event of quarantine, will take over the duties of selling and shipping goods.
We have reliable and devoted logistic partners who are taking care of our international shipments worldwide, and keep updating us constantly about the situation on the roads and on the borders. If you have any special deadlines for deliveries, please make sure to inform us when placing the order so that we can make sure to avoid any inconvenience.
