Located in Opolskie, Poland, our production capacity allows us to sell media wholesale throughout Europe with short delivery times. We prioritize quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous development to meet market needs and ensure long-lasting business relationships.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager at Ikonos Media Factory. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective communication and account management strategies.

Qualifications:

Sales and Key Accounts management skills

Customer Service and Communication skills

Experience in Account Management

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

Previous experience in the printing or media industry is a plus
