Role Description:
We are a company that has been developing solutions for the self-adhesive materials industry for many years. Now, we are entering the next stage of our growth – as part of a planned project to purchase a new production line, we are looking for someone who will join us in improving our processes and technologies.
Role Overview:
🔹 Process and technology development – creating documentation and implementing processes for both new and existing products.
🔹 Production process improvement – actively participating in the analysis and optimization of processes to increase efficiency.
🔹 Performance, quality, and cost optimization – enhancing technological processes to achieve better results and cost-effectiveness.
🔹 Process trials and parameters – conducting tests and determining optimal production conditions and technological parameters.
🔹 Operational team support – close collaboration with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and R&D departments.
🔹 Implementation of changes and technology transfer – participating in the deployment of new technologies and transfer of production processes.
🔹 Technical problem-solving – supporting root cause analysis and developing corrective and preventive actions.
🔹 Process parameter supervision – monitoring, controlling, and validating key technological parameters.
🔹 Raw material and supplier qualification – evaluating materials to ensure compliance with technological and quality requirements.
