Role Description:
We’re looking for someone with a passion for creating and implementing innovative solutions — someone who isn’t afraid to think outside the box. At our R&D center (CBR), we focus on developing innovative products, analyzing production processes, and turning insights into practical solutions. This opportunity is for those who want to shape the direction of change and have the drive to make it happen.
Role Overview:
Quality oversight – developing and implementing quality control procedures, creating documentation, standards, and protocols. Product development – participating in R&D projects, co-developing new materials and technologies for the printing industry. Innovative mindset – we’re looking for someone who thinks outside the box and can surprise us with their approach and fresh perspective. Collaboration with partners – working with laboratories, technicians, and specialists from both Poland and abroad. Analysis and interpretation of research results – selecting analytical methods, ensuring quality control of raw materials and finished products. Laboratory management – task prioritization and process optimization.
