The perforated area takes about 40% of the total surface. While it reduces the amount of incoming light, it certainly makes the insides more comfortable to work or travel.
How does one way vision work?
The OWV is perforated printing vinyl. The PVC is white on printable side and black on the back – self-adhesive side. It uses the property of how our brain and sight work. Therefore, when we look on the light side, we focus on the surface. However, if we are standing behind the print, we look through the dark, regular net. In consequence we are able to see the outdoor. And that’s in few words how the one way vision works.
