Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager at Ikonos Media Factory. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective communication and account management strategies.
Qualifications:
Sales and Key Accounts management skills Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Account Management Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Previous experience in the printing or media industry is a plus
